The apartment has a gas stove, pre-paid electricity and is fiber-ready (the cost for these facilities will also be shared among all the tenants). The water is included in the rent.

There is an open-plan lounge to the kitchen which has lots of built-in cupboards, a 4 range gas stove, space for a double fridge, microwave, 2 water appliances and another appliance. The appliances that are currently there belongs to the working tenant and his permission has to be obtained to use them.

There is a private outside patio area where you could braai and the unit has 2 carport parking (first come first serve), and plenty of visitor's parking
